Upton, MA, October 27, 2008: Bret O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller, Walker Drive Realty Trust, in the sale of 1 Walker Drive, Upton, MA.  The buyer, Tom Smart, aquired the facility for his business Craftech, which specializes in disaster restoration.  The property, which is 12,750 square feet and sold for $733,000 enables Craftech to expand its operations to include warehousing.
