MARLBOROUGH, MA - Bret O’Brien and Dylan Connelly of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. recently sold two industrial condominiums in the Route 495 West market. In the first transaction O’Brien and Connelly represented Scintitech in the acquisition of a 7,000 square foot industrial condominium at 1000 Mount Laurel Drive in Shirley for $350,000. Al Ringuette of the Stubblebine Company represented the seller Bob France of Senate Construction Company. In the second transaction O’Brien and Connelly represented Central Street Realty Trust in the sale of a 4,000 square foot industrial condominium at 282 Central Street in Hudson for $360,000. Joel Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the Buyer, TMX Property, in the second transaction.
