O’Brien Commercial Properties relocates and expands to the Mount Royal Office Park, immediately off of I-495 and Route 20 in Marlborough, MA.

Eric and Kristen O’Brien founded O’Brien Commercial Properties in 1998 at 5 Mount Royal Avenue in Marlborough, and have since then grown the business throughout the I-495 corridor, and continue to thrive and grow at the epicenter of the market.
